Attorney at Law
Jason Lawley served in the US Army as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division and the 101st MI Long Range Surveillance Detachment, Airborne. He deployed to Iraq in 1990 and participated in both Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield as part of an elite 6 man combat team. He received a battlefield commendation and was awarded the Expert Infantryman Badge and was an instructor at the Cold Weather Warfare Center.
Mr. Lawley also served in the California National Guard and was Activated to serve during the riots in L.A. Upon completion of his military service.
Mr. Lawley completed his undergraduate studies at UC Davis where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology of Law with a minor in Formal Logic and attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and earned a Juris Doctorate in 2001.
He has practiced In both federal and state courts. He has conducted trials throughout the state of California in various jurisdictions.
Mr. Lawley is the proud father of two beautiful children. He has travelled extensively and is fluent in both Spanish and Italian. He has donated time to legal clinics for the indigent and taught English as a second language courses for free to local workers to enhance their earning potential. He is extremely focused on the plight of children during legal proceedings and dedicated to protecting the interests of the most vulnerable in litigation and society at large.
